From Kingston, New Paltz, NY City, and Points South:
  1)   Take the New York State Thruway (I-87) North to Exit 20 (Saugerties)
  2)   Turn left on Route 212 (West) toward Woodstock, approx. 2½  miles
  3)   Make the first right turn after the "Centerville" sign (Old Rt. 212), you will see
       the Saugerties Wellness Center on the right
  4)   See "Local Directions" Below

From Catskill, Albany, and Points North:
  1)   Take the New York State Thruway (I-87) South to Exit 20 (Saugerties).
  2)   Turn left on Route 32. Go about ½ mile to Route 212
  3)   Turn right on Route 212 (West) toward Woodstock, approx. 2½ miles
  4)   Make the first right turn after the Centerville sign (Old Rt. 212),  you will see
        the Saugerties Wellness Center on the right

From Woodstock, Bearsville, Shokan, and Points West
  1)   Take Route 212 (East) toward Saugerties
  2)   Make the first left turn AFTER the Centerville Firehouse; you will see
       the Saugerties Wellness Center on the left (Old Route 212)
  3)   See "Local Directions" Below

From Rhinebeck, Red Hook, and Points East
  1)   Take the Rhinecliff Bridge to Route 209 South
  2)   Take Route 209 to New York State Thruway
  3)   Follow Directions from Kingston (Above)

Local Directions
  1) Turn left at "Skaska" Resort Sign (Approx. 300 feet)
  2) Pass the tennis courts and turn right on Brown's Lane
  3) Stay to the left, go past Delson Lane
     It's the first house on the right...  a brown modular with screened in porch,
     and a "wishing well" in the driveway.
     (Don't forget to toss a penny and make a wish)
